2025 - 2026 Enrollment Information

Hello Students and Parents:

As we progress through our upcoming 25 - 26 enrollment season, new information will be updated here. Students will receive information and complete steps for the 2025 - 2026 school year in their Advisory classes. There are several activities that support students in selecting their courses for next year and planning for their future.

25-26 RPHS Course Guide - This guide lists all courses offered to RayPec secondary students at the Freshmen Center and RPHS.

2025 - 2026 Enrollment Meetings:

Sophomores - Counselors will meet with you in the weeks following your Feb. 11 Advisory, in which you will have completed your 25-26 course requests.

Juniors -  Counselors will meet with you in the weeks following your Feb. 11 Advisory, in which you will have completed your 25-26 course requests.

2025 - 2026 Enrollment Steps

Step 1: Review your previously completed credits and credits needed for graduation to ensure that you are meeting your graduation requirements prior to selecting your courses for next year. RPHS Graduation Requirements can be viewed on page 3 of the course guide.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS REVIEW 

To check your progress towards Graduation in your FOCUS account:

In Focus click on the "Grad Reqs" tab on the left hand side of your screen

You should see all credits required to graduate, credits completed, and credits remaining

The green checkmarks show if you have completed a requirement.  The hour glass over a green checkmark means you are currently enrolled in the requirement.

If you see an hour glass or number you have not completed this requirement yet.

If you hover over a checkmark you can see the courses that you are currently enrolled in or have completed.

Review your unofficial transcript in your FOCUS account:

In your FOCUS Account:

1. Click Grades (left menu)

2. Click Print Transcripts

3. Template: Unofficial Transcript

4. Print (You will not need to print for this lesson)

***If you are using the app, go to Grades Summary, choose Print Transcripts, select Unofficial, and Print.***

Step 2: 2025-2026 Course Request Entry into FOCUS - Starting Feb. 11 

(Important: Make Sure you enter 7 credits worth of classes - please select at least 1 alternate course for each primary course request to ensure you have a full class schedule)

FAQS:

  • Incoming Seniors that are eligible for part time or to graduate early will have google forms available to apply.  Forms will be located in their FOCUS account under forms.    These students must complete a full schedule until approved.  The counselors will be having a Counseling Convo on February 20 during Panther Time to detail these options.  Please encourage students to attend.

  • Offsite Applicants should complete a full schedule until the selection process is complete in late March.    EXCEPTION -  only current Cass Career Center and LEAD CENTER students returning to the same program for year 2 may complete a partial schedule (3 credits)
