April 29th & April 30th Graduation Caps and Gowns
Jostens will distribute packages to students in the 4th hour and during lunch in the Main Commons.
Students with conflicting schedules for lunch pickups will be able to come to the high school after April 30th to pick up their cap/gown. They will be available in the Senior Office.
RPA checks with Mrs. Ramirez and Mr. Myers for dates and times.
All day LEAD students will collect their caps and gowns from Mrs. Hille.

May 1st & 2nd Graduation Tickets Available for Pick Up by Seniors
Each graduate will be issued eight (8) tickets for the graduation ceremony.
Tickets will be distributed in the Main Commons during lunch shifts for RPHS Seniors, including ViPR students.
RPA Senior tickets can be collected from Mrs. Ramirez and Mr. Myers.
All-day LEAD students will collect them from Mrs. Hille.
Photo ID will be REQUIRED.
Students with conflicting schedules for lunch pickups will be able to come to the high school after May 5th to pick up their tickets.
Should your family need additional tickets for the ceremony, please make arrangements with other members of the Senior Class. The school does not provide extra tickets. Any questions can be directed to Dr. Meek.
May 4th Baccalaureate-parent-run event. Not required.
Traditionally, a Baccalaureate Service is a religious service that honors the graduating class and is hosted by a local church in the community.

May 13th Senior Check-Out Obligations
Chromebooks will need to be checked back in at the end of the school day. RPA Seniors will turn them into Mrs. Ramirez and Mr. Myers. ViPR Seniors will turn them into Mrs. Ramirez. Part-time students-you will receive a separate communication regarding check-out details.
Obligations are listed below:
Senior Survey: An email will be sent out to all seniors from Mrs. Hamberg for a ‘Senior Survey’. Seniors, this has not been sent yet, keep an eye out for it! Diplomas will be held until the survey has been submitted.
Seniors will need to submit requests for final transcripts: If a ‘final transcript’ is not requested in Naviance, one will not be able to be sent. An additional email will be sent regarding this. Your A+ will be stamped on your final transcript, if applicable.
Library: Seniors will receive an email mid-April regarding library books they still have checked out. All textbooks, library books and Chromebooks must be turned in by the end of the year. Anything not turned back in will have a fine posted to the student's account. Diplomas will also be held until items are returned.
Chromebooks: these will be checked back in at the end of the day on May 13th. RPA Seniors will turn them into Mrs. Ramirez or Mr. Myles. ViPR Seniors will turn them into Mrs. Ramirez. Part-time students- you will receive a separate communication regarding check-out details.
Cafeteria: All cafeteria charges need to be paid by May Students need to see the Cafeteria Manager for any refunds, if applicable. Diplomas will be held if there are any outstanding charges on a student’s account.
Activities/Athletics: Students will need to pay all remaining fees. Students participating in postseason district and state athletic events will receive their diplomas after the season has concluded and uniforms are verified and returned. Diplomas may be picked up in the Front Office.
Coach(es): Uniforms must be returned to coaches before or after school. Diplomas will also be held until items are returned.
All obligations need to be cleared and all fines/fees need to be paid before the student’s diploma will be released.
Students can see the Financial Secretary 8:00 am – 4:00 pm to pay fees.

May Senior Finals (Friday, May 9th through Tuesday, May 13th)
May 14 Required Attendance - Graduation Rehearsal and Obligations Needed
(8:45 am to 11:00 am) Graduation Rehearsal

All Seniors must be in attendance. Seniors are not allowed to come & go during practice/lunch/etc.
Senior Panorama Photo will be taken after rehearsal, so please dress appropriately for photos.
Photo order forms & prices will be sent home from Pearce Photography.
(11:00 am to 2:45 pm) Obligations & Senior Luncheon
After rehearsal, students will have the opportunity to finish any needed obligations. Representatives from various departments will be available to verify if Seniors have any obligations that still need to be completed.
Students should not leave the designated areas at any time (turning in uniforms, getting teacher signatures, turning in books, etc.) because students in grades 9-11 are still preparing for their Finals. Once the student leaves the premises they will not be allowed to return.
Students unable to complete their obligations may return Thursday, May 15th, Friday, May 16th, or Monday, May 19th (before or after school) but must sign in at the front office.
NHS and A+ cords will be available if needed.
A Senior Luncheon will be provided at the high school after rehearsal.
***Senior luncheon donations of bottled water and individually packaged cookies and chips would be greatly appreciated. You or your student may drop your donation in the Front Office beginning Monday, May 2nd.
May 14 (7:00pm) Senior Awards Night
All seniors are invited to attend. Seniors who are receiving an award will be sent a personalized invitation. The ceremony will be located in the PAC at 7:00 p.m. Seniors should wear their cap, gown, and stole. Those who are being recognized need to arrive by 6:30 pm.
May 15 and 16 Seniors are not to be in attendance at this point. If still needing to take care of obligations by returning Chromebooks, library books, textbooks, or pay any fines/fees, they may do so in the Front Office.
May 16 (7:00 pm) GRADUATION
Seniors need to report to the Main Gymnasium no later than 5:45 pm to get organized and prepare to line up. They will then walk as a group to the Panther Stadium just before the 7:00 p.m. start time. Reminder: caps are not permitted to be decorated. Any student with a decorated cap will have it confiscated and a plain one given to the student.
Gates will open at 6:00 pm.
A photographer from Pearce Photography will be taking each Senior's picture just before entering the stage as well as when he/she receives their diploma at the graduation ceremony. Pearce will then send specific price information to each family with proofs after graduation.
The ceremony will be streamed on the Ray-Pec YouTube channel. Stay tuned for the link.
Seniors will pick up their diplomas in the Main Gym after the ceremony
Students can also stop by the main office of the high school during regular office hours at any time to pick up their diplomas if they do not wish to get their diplomas after the graduation ceremony. Please note that students who have any outstanding fees or obligations will have their diplomas held until those fees or obligations are fulfilled. Diplomas in the main office will not be available until the following week after graduation
