RPHS SPORTS & ACTIVITY SCHEDULE APP: "Activity Scheduler"

  • There are options to send all or specific activities/sports teams to your personal calendar (Google, iCal, etc...).  

  • Download the “Activity Scheduler” app (blue ball hat) from the Apple app store or Google play to have all game day info on your phone.  

    • Once downloaded, select Missouri --> Raymore-Peculiar to have detailed information, including any updates/cancellations/game changes, at your fingertips.

Physical & Health Forms

Students (grades 7-12) planning to participate in athletics and marching band must have a completed, current physical on file with the high school Activities Office before practice begins. Physicals are good for two years from the date of the exam with physician approval. After obtaining the physical , please submit the form using the new Focus Student Information System. Any student without a current physical on file will not be allowed to attend practice/try-outs until submitting the completed form.

Concussion information

Raymore-Peculiar High School participates in a pre-screening process and after-injury evaluation for all student athletes regarding concussions and head injuries. Parents must acknowledge a statement indicating they know that information can be found on the Ray-Pec Activities & Athletics web page about concussions and head injury protocols. This consent is acknowledged when the physical is uploaded to the student's SIS FOCUS portal.

Student Activities & Athletics Handbook

All student athletes and their parents are required to review the handbook. MSHSAA Interscholastic Activities & Athletics

The Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) governs these activities and sports. An activity physical prior to conditioning and/or tryouts is required.

Activity Fees

  • MSHSAA Activities and Athletics participants will be assessed a $50 activity fee after rosters have been finalized for each season.  Parents no longer pay the activity fee before the season begins.  The assessed fee will show up in each student's SIS FOCUS portal.  For more information contact the Athletics Office at rp.athletics@raypec.org .

  • Students can purchase an Activity Pass for $50 for entry into all home athletic events.  Winter and Spring athletes/performers that purchase an Activity Pass before the start of their season can apply the $50 purchase to a Winter or Spring Activity Fee. For more information contact the Athletics Office at rp.athletics@raypec.org .

    • There will be a maximum of $150 charged to an individual family regardless of  the number of students participating. 

    •  There will be a maximum of $100 charged per student participating in MSHSAA activities.

RAY-PEC ATHLETIC PUNCH CARDS FOR PARENTS & FANS

  • Ray-Pec Athletic Punch Cards are available at each event at the admission gates or in the Athletics Office at the High School. The punch cards are $20 each with a value of $30 worth of admissions. 

    • In addition to being a great value, the Athletic Punch Cards are transferable between friends and family, meaning that parents, grandparents and students can use the same punch card until the value is depleted. You can also bring a friend to a game and pay for both admissions with the same punch card. The uses are limitless up to the value of $30 per $20 Punch Card. 

    • The Ray-Pec Athletic Punch Cards are good at regular season home events. Tournaments, State Events such as Districts or Sectionals and away games are not included in the Ray-Pec Athletic Punch Cards.

    • All home events will allow admission payments using cash, Athletic Punch Cards, Student Activity Passes (with Student ID), or credit cards.

Ray-Pec Athletic Booster Club

The Ray-Pec Athletic Booster Club is a non-profit organization to encourage parent participation and to raise funds to enhance and expand the athletic programs available to students at Ray-Pec High School. The Booster Club provides financial support beyond the school budget to support all athletic programs at the high school. Sign up online
