Individual Career And Academic Plan (ICAP)

The ICAP is intended to begin no later than the eighth grade and help students develop the skills and knowledge to achieve their career goals.  All 8th grade students in the Raymore-Peculiar School District develop an ICAP and then review their plan annually as they progress through high school.
