• Children who will be 5 years old BEFORE Aug. 1, 2024

• While completing the registration form, you will select an in-person screening appointment. Screenings will be scheduled by appointment only. (Dates vary by school.)

• Review details in the Kindergarten Registration flyer.

• Because the District is transitioning this year from Tyler SIS to Focus School Software, families registering an incoming kindergarten student will initially register on this Google Form.

• You will not be required to email/provide proof of residency during kindergarten round-up this spring.  All PK-12 parents/guardians are required to register online in July, and you will prove residency at that time. This process includes incoming kindergarten students and new-to-the-district families, and will take place within our new “Focus” student information system. 

• To receive updates about registration, you can subscribe to the RP Update email newsletter.  To subscribe, send an email to rp.update@raypec.org, and in the subject line, type: Subscribe RP Update. More specific information about registration is anticipated in June or July and will also be posted on our district webpage and social media. 

• Child's current immunization record

• Child's State Certified Birth Certificate is preferred. Original certified hospital record or a copy of original showing hospital seal are also common formats.
