Don't Miss Important Focus Emails

Attention Parents: We've heard that some communications from Focus are being directed to spam or junk mail folders.

To ensure you don’t miss any important updates from us, please check your spam or junk mail folder for Focus emails. If you find our messages there, please see the steps below to ensure our emails go directly to your inbox.

How To Move Focus Emails to Your Inbox

Follow these instructions to move Focus emails to your inbox:

Gmail:

  • Open Gmail, and go to your Spam or Junk folder.

  • Locate the email from Focus.

  • Right-click on the email and select "Not spam" or "Move to inbox."

  • To ensure future emails go to your inbox, add the sender's email address to your contacts.

Outlook:

  • Open Outlook, and go to the Junk Email folder.

  • Find the Focus email.

  • Right-click the email, and select "Mark as not junk" or "Move to inbox."

  • You can also add the sender to your Safe Senders list by right-clicking on the email and selecting "Add to Safe Senders."

Yahoo Mail:

  • Log in to Yahoo Mail, and go to your Spam folder.

  • Find the Focus email.

  • Click on the email, and then click the "Not Spam" button at the top.

  • Add the sender to your contacts to prevent future emails from going to spam.

Apple Mail (iCloud):

  • Open Mail, and go to the Junk folder.

  • Select the Focus email.

  • Click on "Move to Inbox" from the toolbar.

  • To prevent future emails from going to Junk, select the email, then click "Not Junk" in the message toolbar.

Hotmail/Live/Outlook.com:

  • Sign in to your account, and go to the Junk folder.

  • Find the Focus email.

  • Right-click on the email, and select "Not Junk" or "Move to inbox."

  • Add the sender to your Safe Senders list by clicking on "Mark as safe."
