How to verify residency

Every family in the Ray-Pec School District must verify residency each year as part of the registration/enrollment process. This year, you will submit proof of residency through the Focus School Software student information system.

Acceptable proofs of residency include utility bills (water, electric or gas), in the resident's name, showing the service address. 

You will submit a photo of the utility bill in the FOCUS system. This is a screenshot and not a link to your Please be sure that the image is fully legible and that it includes the service address. If you use your Evergy bill as proof of residency, you will need to upload both page 1 and page 2 of the bill. Page 2 is necessary as it shows the service address.

When you register your students using Focus SIS, you will be prompted to upload the image of the utility bill.
