Physical Night is scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 4, at Ray-Pec High School. There is a sign-up to participate in the event. One of the great bonuses of signing up and participating in Ray-Pec's physical night is that the staff will upload your physical to FOCUS for each participating athlete. When you leave, your body will be ready for the upcoming season. Athletes need to have an adult present with them to assist with the history and physical portion of the form.
Who needs a physical? Any member of a MSHSAA-sanctioned athletics team in grades 6-12, and members of marching band, cheerleaders, and Prowlers.
Sign up for your athlete's appointment time. There will be six appointment slots every five minutes starting at 6 p.m. and continuing until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, at Ray-Pec High School.
