During the state wrestling championships last weekend in Columbia, the Missouri State High School Activities Association honored
teams celebrating the 20th anniversary of their participation at the final site of a MSHSAA championship. As part of the MSHSAA Traditions Program, Ray-Pec was recognized for its second place finish for Class 3 in 2005. Ray-Pec’s all-state wrestlers included Asa Shaffer, Matt Groepel, Jeremy Seitzinger, Matt Breit, William Forrest, Kendall Burke, Mark Ellis, and Levi Thompson.
