The boys gave Rockhurst everything they could handle. They took the undefeated Hawklets to extra time but, with a 3-2 loss, the Boys' Soccer season has come to an end. After a 5-5 start, the team rallied to win 10 of their last 12 games and come within minutes of punching their ticket to the State Tournament.

The School Board recognized 12 orchestra students in middle school and high school who auditioned for and were accepted to perform in community orchestras.
These are prestigious performing arts organizations, and students from all around the Kansas City area audition to be considered for participation.

The School Board tonight recognized the Ray-Pec High School Football program. Earlier in October, the Ray-Pec football teams from 2004 through 2006 were inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame.
Coached by Tom Kruse, Raymore-Peculiar won Class 5 state championships in 2004, 2005 and 2006. They were 36-3 those seasons, including a pair of 13-0 seasons in the first two seasons. Assistant coaches in that time period were Ron Barnes, Mark Cook, Matt Copeland, Sean Martin, James Merrell, and Limbo Parks.

With a 7-1 VICTORY over Troy Buchanan your Lady Panthers claim 3rd place 🥉 in the MSHAA Class 5 State Championship! They also finish the season with a 33-3 overall record. What an incredible season! 🥎
Grant To Purchase Supplies For SoS National Gratitude Month
High School Teacher Patrick Hemmingsen received a $479 grant to purchase supplies for Sources of Strength National Gratitude Month.

Carter Younger was this week’s National Honor Society Ten Dollar Tuesday Winner. Carter is involved in Cross Country, Track, NHS, SLT, Theatre, Forensics & Debate. He said that his favorite subject is math and his favorite teachers are Coach Eve, Dane Schnake and retired teacher Todd Schnake. When asked about one of his favorite things about this year, Carter said that through the R & R incisive he can see a positive change within the school and he is excited to see the return of Panther Time and the choices of the different activities lined out by our staff to help put a little fun into the school day.
