"Emily Terwilliger is an exciting addition to the Ninth Grade Center administration team," Barr said. "She has a solid instructional background and strong relationships with our staff. Her energy and innovative thought processes is just what the district needs in this new endeavor."
Terwilliger is looking forward to her new role in the district.
"I am excited for the opportunities our new building will provide to our students and staff," she said. "There are amazing things happening in our district and the Ninth Grade Center presents a unique opportunity for us to build a culture where we honor where we have been and look forward to what is to come."
Terwilliger received her bachelor of science in history education from Missouri State University. In 2007, she received her master's degree in education from Baker University.
