End-of-Course (EOC) Make-Up Testing
Any students who were absent for one or more of their EOC testing sessions during the week of May 13th - May 17th will have an opportunity to make-up their missing assessments on May 20th and May 21st. EOC assessments are required by the state of Missouri for reporting purposes and also allow us to measure student understanding of these content areas. Also, a proficient or advanced score on the math EOC is required to be eligible for the A+ Program.
Last Week of School and Field Day at the NGC
Students will be wrapping up their last week of the school year with final assessments and projects for their courses. We will be celebrating the last day of school with Field Day at the NGC. There will be a variety of indoor and outdoor activities that students will be participating in and should come prepared with athletic clothing and tennis shoes.

Ray-Pec RUSH Show Choir Camp June 3rd and 4th
Ray-Pec RUSH, the high school’s award-winning show choir, is looking for committed incoming freshmen through seniors with positive attitudes and great work ethic. Ray-Pec RUSH is a show choir where students sing, dance and even act, in competitions around Missouri. The choir will rehearse in the fall and compete in the late winter/early spring. Rehearsals will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 8 p.m. at RPHS. This is a great way to get involved in a successful choral program. Annual Ray-Pec Physical Night is June 4th
The annual Ray-Pec Physical Night is June 4th from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Ray-Pec High School. This is an opportunity for students who plan to participate in athletics and other activities to obtain the required pre-participation physical exam. The exams are good for two years. Ray-Pec High School Parent-Teacher-Student Association Kick-Off Event
There will be a Ray-Pec High School Parent-Teacher-Student Association Kickoff Event in the RPHS Media Center on June 18th at 6:00pm. This group will include grades 9 - 12. The contact email for the group is raypechighschoolptsa@gmail.com.
Summer Food Assistance
The state of Missouri is currently waiting on federal approval for a new program named “Missouri SuN Bucks” designed to help families buy food for their school-aged children this summer. Eligible families would receive a one-time $120 benefit per qualifying child on an EBT card to buy food from authorized locations. Kick Childhood Cancer Scarf Design Contest for Sporting KC
Sporting KC and the Victory Project are hosting a Kick Childhood Cancer Scarf Design Contest. The Kick Childhood Cancer match will take place on September 18th. Help support The Victory Project by designing the scar that will be sold at the match to raise funds to support their programs.
