Principal Miller greeted the RE students in her Crocs costume when they arrived at school as part of our Raise Craze Incentive fundraiser. If the building raised over $3,000, Principal Miller had to wear a costume throughout the school day this week. Today she paid her debt! Our next goal is to reach $8,000. If we can achieve that, Principal Miller will spend time on the school's rooftop! Let's keep those Acts of Kindness going. We are just a little over $2,000 away from giving Principal Miller the rooftop experience!

Calling all Raymore Elementary WATCH D.O.G.s (Dads of Great Students). This initiative is a father involvement initiative of the National Center for Fathering, which organizes fathers and father figures to provide positive male role models for the students and enhance school security. For those interested in being a Watch D.O.G. at Raymore Elementary, we are offering two options for required training. This Watch D.O.G. program aligns with this year's district's HERE WE GO theme, providing ways we can positively influence our students. Please see the flyer for more details about the training dates.  We look forward to you at training! #raypec #forwardandbetter

Remember to attend RE PTA's Back to School Picnic tomorrow, Friday, September 20th, from 6-7:30 p.m.! Your wonderful PTA has arranged for the Chick-fil-A, Planet Sub, and Omar's Popcorn food trucks to be on-site, or you can bring your own picnic meal. This event offers wonderful opportunities to meet new people and form friendships. Children can make new friends and play on our playground, while parents can connect with other RE families. It's a great way to have fun and make connections, so we hope to see you there!

Registration for the 2024-2025 school year is now open!! 📢 As we prepare for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year, we are implementing a new student information system called FOCUS SIS. This change is necessary because Tyler SIS, our previous system, has been discontinued. To ensure a seamless registration process, you will need to create an account in FOCUS SIS and link your child(ren) to your account. Once completed, you'll be able to register your child(ren) for the 2024-2025 school year. To complete this process, you will need your student’s ID number and PIN, which were sent out this morning. A video link explaining this process has been shared as well. More information can be found on the district website at www.raypec.org/page/focus-for-parents Additionally, school fees are not yet posted in the parent portal. Parents/guardians will be able to pay any necessary fees in early August. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we transition to this new system. For any questions or assistance during the enrollment process, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team by emailing registration@raypec.org. Thank you for your ongoing support of Raymore-Peculiar School District.
